  7. I haven't tried any of these...and honestly with most of the books that will wind up on these lists, I probably won't. I'm not big on tearful drama in my pleasure reading....

  8. Anything by Jodi Picoult is sad, and will have you crying for sure. A few of her books made my list.

  11. While I know I've read a few books which made me cry, the one that always comes to mind when I'm trying to think of one of them is Pollyanna. Remembering her finding a reason for joy when she might not walk again always leaves me in tears.
