ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any of these...and honestly with most of the books that will wind up on these lists, I probably won't. I'm not big on tearful drama in my pleasure reading....

Anything by Jodi Picoult is sad, and will have you crying for sure. A few of her books made my list.

I haven't read Lurlene McDaniel in a long time, but I think when I was younger some of hers made me cry.
ReplyDeleteInteresting choices. Jodi Picoult is one author that really knows how to turn on the waterworks :) Here's my top 10.
ReplyDeleteWhile I know I've read a few books which made me cry, the one that always comes to mind when I'm trying to think of one of them is Pollyanna. Remembering her finding a reason for joy when she might not walk again always leaves me in tears.
