It´s about a girl, who lives in a world which is ruled by hunters and angels. She is a hunter, and when she meets two Nephilim, her life changes forever.

--How did you get the idea for the story?
It sounds funny, but I got the idea from the Disney series American Dragon. I loved this series and the forbidden relationship between Jake and Rose. As I have watched the series, some things didn´t have develop like I´ve wanted it. So, I have decided to write my own story about the characters. I have created the story about the hunter clan and the angels, and Changed was born.
--Which character would you most/least like to have dinner with?
I´d love to have dinner with Jason, my male main character. He´s my dream boy –sexy, sarcastic and to die for.
--Do you have any other works in progress? Any teasers or release dates?
Yes! I´m working on a new adult novel. It´s called Breathless and I hope to release it in July.
Here´s the synopsis:
Some truths can leave you breathless…
Two years ago Ree Coleman´s life imploded, when her life was taken away from her. Now Ree is a “living dead girl,” trying to survive each day, when it´s a struggle just to breathe.
After the unexpected death of her father, Ree and her family loose everything. As they are forced to leave the rich Upper East Side, they find themselves living in the slums of the Bronx. Ree must figure out ways for her family to get by, and tries to accept her father´s death. However, his death prompts many questions, including what really happened to him.
Meanwhile, she meets Logan Marquez, a boy with a dangerous reputation. Knowing that boys can be dangerous, Ree tries to stay away from him. However, Logan insists on trying to earn her trust and friendship.
Soon, dark and dangerous secrets are revealed, and one explosive secret will shatter both their worlds.
--What book(s) is your book’s “cousin”? (Similar kind of read, set-up or style)
--What are some of your favorite books? Do you still have much time to read?
I love the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead, and the new adult novels Hopeless and The Edge of Never.

--If a fairy godmother told you could be put into the world of your favorite book for 24 hours, which book would you pick and why?
I would pick the Vampire Academy series. I just love this series and would like to be trained as a guard.

--Do you need anything to write (music, coffee, etc)? Are there any songs on your playlist- songs that inspired you or that were playing while you wrote?
I often write with music. Lana Del Rey´s songs inspire me all the time and I often hear her songs while I write.

--If you could have any superpower what would you choose?
I´d like to conjure, so I wouldn´t need to clean up my room or do my homework.

--Besides writing, what do you like to do in your free time?
I love to read and listen to music. Also, to hang out with my friends.
--What is one thing you would tell your 15 year old self?
That she should never give up her dream to become an author.

--Is there anything else you want to add or say to your readers?
Yes! Thank you to everyone, who has read my book. Without readers, there wouldn´t be authors!

  1. What a great interview! I love The Vampire Academy series as well. It also makes sense that she would choose pirates given the works written so far. Thank you so much for sharing :D Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven.
