My thought on Catching Fire Movie

 source: http://www.empireonline.com/images/uploaded/Catching-Fire-catching-fire-movie-33836550-1280-673.jpg
I saw it before I left on my trip and absolutely loved it because as one of my friends said, what's not to love?
Besides the annoying squaking teenage girls in front of us (and it really wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't at inappropriate moments)? Nothing. I loved the emotional depth, the action seemed really well done, and the love triangle was better for me in the movie than even in the book. Snow was deliciously can I smack his face yet evil, Cenna was amazing, Effie, was well Effie. Peeta, be still my heart. And the other tributes--they did a great job. Yes. And oh the ending. Wow. Leave ya hanging much? Even though I know what happens it still was like, I need the next one now kinda moment.
I totally want to see it again.

Have you seen it? What did you think?

  2. I agree. I totally loved it (aside from the annoying girls in front of me who wouldn't stop talking). My favorite is Caesar Flickerman. I love his laugh! He plays the part so well.

  6. I haven't seen this but those who've read and knows what happens still got that cliffhanger feel. I was skeptical about JLaw as Katniss but she did a really good job portraying her.

  12. I will wait until it is not so crazy to see it, but I am so nervous about the ending! I've read the books, but others have said it still leaves ya hangin.

  14. Saw this with my daughters on Thanksgiving Break and loved it. It had all the action, drama, and yes, lots of emotional depth (even Effie) that one could want. (I shed a few tears, my daughters just looked at me like... really mom?

  16. I thought it was absolutely perfect. So much better than my expectation and WAY better than the first movie. The actors were spot on with their acting and could not have done a better job. I need Mockingjay pt. 1 now!

  18. I have to read it before I see it. Guess I better hurry before it's gone!
I'm sure it's better on the big screen than on my t.v. or computer!

  21. I finally saw this one last night! It was SO good. I know everyone has been saying that it saying it was fantastic, but I couldn't believe just how good it was. Even though I've read the books and I know what's coming, I was still stressed out and sad the whole movie. Those poor kids.

It's funny, because in the books I was totally Team Gale, but by the middle of this movie I was so Team Peeta that Gale just annoyed me. Haha.

I'm glad you like this one.
