I wanted to read Bite Club because I have so thoroughly enjoyed this series. I love the characters, the pacing and plot and the romance. Rachel Caine consistently grows the characters and gives them new challenges to overcome.
Karen at For What It's Worth and Mary at The Book Swarm occasionally post twitter-style reviews. Karen calls hers Short and Tweet, and I am going to borrow that review style here.
Short and Tweet (or two):
Radical changes I wanted things back to normal right away. Claire has so many hard choices and stuff going on. We get Shane's point of view occasionally in this one and adds a quick and hard understanding.Bottom Line: Still loving this fast paced series!
My question to you, my lovely readers:
Does the idea of fight club appeal?
I don't like violence in general, however I thought I would never like the movie Fight club and I adored it, so.... who knows ;) And maybe reading it creates more of a distance than if you actually see it !
ReplyDeleteNope, it doesn't appeal to me, I mean, sometimes on Shows and stuff, but otherwise, nope.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy you are still loving the series and that there are enough books that you can binge read! That's always fun.
ReplyDeleteKaren @For What It's Worth
You are breezing right through this series. Obviously it is still going strong.
ReplyDeleteYou're almost caught up.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, it's great of you to give credit to Karen for your short reviews. Some people needs to acknowledge it when they borrow shit from people.
Glad you are really enjoying this series :)
ReplyDeleteOh, you really are enjoying these books! I am glad that this one was just as good and that there is still suspense with those characters making difficult choices :3
ReplyDeleteGlad you are enjoying the series. Love short and sweet reviews sometimes.

Oh I like it has some of his POV
ReplyDeleteThis series sounds soooo good. Getting the extra POV seems to have helped flesh out the storyline. Great quick review!
