My week: Pretty good, just getting used to being at home again. We got some snow and ice, but luckily only lost power for a few hours at night.

    1. Aw, that is always great to hear as a blogger, I get a lot from lib and netgalley because I don't make enough for the book budget I would love to have.

  12. I got Dark Lover from digital library several times now and having the worse time getting into the story myself. Which bums me out since I know a lot of people that love it. Going to have to try again.

  13. Sorry to see Dark Lover was a DNF for you, Brandi. I read it some time ago, but I really enjoyed it. Can't wait to see what you think of Everneath. I loved that book. I still need to finish the series. :)

  31. I almost DNF book #1 of the Black dagger brotherhood, only kept reading it because one of my friends loved it. And now that I've reached book #3, I must say Lover awakened was awfully good and I didn't expect it ! Maybe I didn't read the first in the right frame of mind or it simply wasn't as good.. You can't love everything either lol !

  34. I'm reading Faking Normal right now and I'm loving it, though I find certain parts incredibly frustrating. It's one of those books that I just want to jump into and 'save' everyone. I hope you enjoy your new books!
