I watched the movie and had to reread it. I actually reviewed it about a year ago before I knew there was a movie. |

My week: Well, the inlaws are here, so hopefully it will be a more peaceful visit. They are already seriously showing favoritism for Katie the oldest already. She has been at school, and they have been upstairs most of the day not playing with toddler Jillian. But as soon as Katie is home, they are all of the sudden appearing again.
What are you reading? Any of my books new to you or have you read any of my books? If so, what did you think?
Also, feel free to link up your blog and mailbox post.
I hope it will be ok with you in laws. Have a nice weekend and happy reading!
ReplyDeleteTFIOS!!!! Great haul :)

OOh nice! Seeing quite a lot of TFiOS! Hope you enjoyed all your new reads!
ReplyDeleteMy STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
Been seeing a lot of TFIOS this week. Man, I'm always amazed at how fast you read. I'm very lucky these days if I get any reading done at all.

Books of Love
It looks like you have some great reads ahead of you! I am currently reading Dorothy Must Die. Hopefully I will be able to finish it today!
ReplyDeleteOK That sucks more for Jillian. Has your husband talked to them? Anyway, take it easy and I hope your TBR for this week are all winners
ReplyDeleteLots of fun reading!! That's a bummer about your youngest and the in-laws; they should really make more of an effort to divvy up attention.

That stinks about the favoritism. :( I hope the week gets better and happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI still have to get a copy of Take Me On! I cannot wait to read that one, eventually. That's really rude of your in-laws, in terms of the favoritism thing. So, so petty and rude. Chin up, lady!
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous weekend!
Check out my STS post!
Ahh Invisibility! I have that one but haven't gotten to it yet. Looking forward to your review!

I'm really glad Fan Art is up on Net Galley. I need that book like I need air! Lol. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteLol, most days it is my sanity saver that I make time to read
ReplyDeleteYeah, I watched the movie and had to reread it. I actually reviewed it about a year ago before I knew there was a movie.
ReplyDeleteThe inlaws suck, they're being rude :( Hope you'll have a great nice week !
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the Fault in Our Stars movie yet, but from what I heard it did the book justice. Happy reading=)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the new books. The in-law issue is something we know all to well, we got through it with my husbands parents too. :(
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a great book week! I still need to go see TFIOS movie. I've heard some good things about it! Sorry about the inlaws, that does suck... :(
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week!
Grrr the favouritism would really annoy me. Saying that, my mum (whom I love dearly) has always had a special place for my eldest (out of 3) and she quite openly admits it to me as well. And believe it or not, now he is the one out of my 3 who would visit them the least.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and Happy Reading.
My Sunday Post is here
I think that some people have a harder time with the younger kids, like they don't know how to play with them. Not sure if that's the issue or not.
ReplyDeleteI hope you loved Fan Art, I LOVED that book!
I hope you'll have some time to rest a little bit. Happy reading and have a nice week!
ReplyDeleteI will have no time to read Fault so movie it is
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you've had a great week book-wise. I haven't read any of these but have read some good reviews for most of them. That's too bad about the in-laws. The favoritism would drive me crazy. Maybe they don't know how to play with the toddler? That'd be the only excuse. Hope it gets better. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteNantucket Red looks really good! I hope you enjoy your books!
ReplyDeleteYou've had another great week Brandi!!
ReplyDeleteIn-laws... hard to read them isn't it!
Hope you have a nice week!

Sounds like a good week! I don't have in laws but I can only imagine. My parents stress out so much when my grandparents come in, ha.
ReplyDeleteI noticed my in-laws related better to the children as they got older, so don't feel bad as the toddler ages so will their interest. Looking forward to the week ahead and hope your visit is a good one.
ReplyDeleteI just couldn't get into A Little Too Hot.
ReplyDeleteYay :D Lots of awesome books. <3 I hope you have an amazing week. Happy reading sweetie :)
ReplyDeleteAh, Everbound I got that the other week from the Library. Still need to read it. I hope we both enjoy it! Happy Reading!
