Blogloving Blog Hop Questions

Would it be easier to have a sign up like I am a reader does for her giveaway hops, or stick with the Parajunkee model and you just make your posts that day/week and then link it up?

Is Sunday evening an okay time for everyone or not?

Is there any other questions or concerns or suggestions?
