Help!?!

Does anyone know enough about html (and blogger) to help me fix my comments? I have a customized template and I think that is why my threaded comments don't work and why there is a random "add a comment" link at the bottom that doesn't work.

    I am not very good at the tech stuff but when I applied it on my blog I followed this
    first log into blogger then click
    SETTING > click Posts and Comments > turn on EMBEDDED > save settings > then click OTHER > Allow Blog Feed > FULL

    It worked for me instantly, but my comments fonts turned up real tiny so I went back to pop up. Hope this works for you *fingers crossed* Good luck!
